I am archiving for Us

project thought

The aim of the creative process here initiates decoding and recoding, exploring the overlooked Microhistory. The active discourse is to assert and explore the shifting perspective around essential concepts of the current environment, regional practices and rethink methods of humanity. Through mediums and structures, the visual aesthetics push to re-innovate cognitive patterns and energy around the community and principal basis of our thoughts. This process is to study and re-code the overlooked historical choreographies and break the pattern of our perception through artistic inquiry and research to seek an unfamiliar space. Have we looked out for all Perspectives, have we derived contemporary landscape authenticity, or are we the yet the Absurd Hero !!!

The archive and documentation of an important political event such as Champaran Satyagraha taken into account here as the first series that occurred during colonialism in India is the source of inspiration here. With a history that is elaborate with ideation and concepts which had jump-started the entire nation to be One, the artworks will be a reflection of the event and the discourse.

With a sense of understanding the limited archive of Political History, the visual series holds itself as the metaphor and a conceptual display of the core concepts which lay the foundation of its Freedom.

With the underlying thought to decolonize our minds and perspective, the research and artworks are to boost and reflect the power and value of Solidarity. From the beginning of civilization in India dating back to the Indus valley civilization the two important factors which laid the foundation of rich heritage are its creativity and philosophy.

The intention hereby is the Intellectual evolution through the experiences and revoke the strength of the history and the unity of the nation towards a progressive outlook through the medium of Art and the realization of Self Identity with a unique perspective towards the upbringing of a civilization.

Man stands face to face with the irrational. He feels within him his longing for happiness and for reason. The absurd is born of this confrontation between the human need and the unreasonable silence of the world.
